I recently made an extremely easy woodworking project, and these are the drawings I used to make that project. There’s a little more information for anyone interested here, too.
Here’s the video that shows in detail how I built this wooden turkey.
Along with the video, I have a detailed build article showing step by step instructions for anyone interested.
Here’s an embedded SketchUp model of the wooden turkey. I’ve never used this feature before, so let me know if you’re having trouble viewing it. It works fine on my PC, but who knows.
Just click the model below to view it.
If you’d like to download the model, you’re more than welcome to download it directly from the SketchUp model library. I think I’ll start uploading all my models to my account.
And now for the regular drawings. Use these how you will, but I’m not going to give you any measurements. Well, the circles I made were 8″, 10″ and 12″. The rest should be left up to your artistic taste and the wood on hand.
Makes it a little more fun, right?
Thanks for checking this out! Let me know if you have any questions, or if you thought it was cool. Any and all feedback is welcome.
