Table saw push stick template’s are a dime a dozen on the internet. These here are my design, and one of my favorites to use.
The only problem is that these push sticks happen to look a little bit like rubber band guns. At least that’s what a couple people who have been in my shop have told me. But I don’t care, they keep my hands away from the blade, I like the angle and the feel of them. So they work for me.
If you like these, here are a couple different file types of the template. I would recommend downloading the PDF version because when you print it on a standard letter sized piece of paper it’s perfectly scaled. But if you’d like to play with the scale, I have also uploaded an image version.
These are the image templates for these push sticks. It’s going to be up to you and how you configure your printer as to if they’re scaled or not. I recommend using the PDF’s below on standard letter sized paper.
PDF Push Stick Template
Here are the PDF table saw push stick templates. Download them, print them out, glue them to your material and then cut them out. You can leave them rough, or finish them up nice like I usually do. I have painted them, and the set from the How to build table saw push sticks video I recorder, were made out of white oak and I just put a clear coat.
